Return policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before the product has been manufactured and shipped. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns

Before initiating a return, please contact us via email at info@glwbody.com . Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition as received.


Return Conditions:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
  • Damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return upon review if any condition is unmet.
  • We are not responsible for address errors made by the customer.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and custom products.

Non-returnable items also include:


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

Refunds (When Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please:


  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing delays may occur before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift voucher will be mailed once the return is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to them, and they'll know of your return.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at info@glwbody.com .


Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the exchange item delivery time may vary.
